Sam Rogers, Founding Partner

Sam has more than 14 years experience in developing impactful ESG strategies, management programmes and award-winning sustainability reports.

He has worked closely with boards and executive committees at leading European, US and Asian businesses, and has led site-level risk and impact assessments in Sub Saharan Africa and Central Asia. This has included supporting some of the world’s leading mining and energy businesses, as well European consumer facing brands and technology firms. He has also supported ESG investors and finance providers on complex pre-transactional ESG due diligence in a range of frontier markets.

Sam holds an MSc with Distinction (first in year) in International Security from the University of Bristol. He has also completed ESG-relevant qualifications with the UNPRI, the Institute of Risk Management and Trace International. Sam spent seven years at Verisk Maplecroft, where he was Director (consulting) and focused on ESG strategy, materiality and sustainability reporting for global mining and energy clients.
