Sven is a senior reporting, communications and external relations specialist. He has 15 years of experience in the mining and metals sector, including at Gold Fields and the International Council on Mining & Metals (ICMM), and over 25 years in financial and business journalism, including as editor of leading South African business publications.

He specialises in reporting, communications, and the provision of sustainability advisory services to companies in the mining, resources, industrial, manufacturing, and related sectors. This includes extensive international experience in Europe, Africa, the Americas, Asia and Australasia.
