We supported a client over multiple years to deliver international-level sustainability reporting that helped to meet evolving investor ESG requirements – and to achieve continuous improvement in sustainability performance. Activities included:

• Ongoing ‘secondments’ at the client’s headquarters to provide responsive, embedded support closely tailored to its organisational needs  
• Development and implementation over multiple years of an innovative, highly structured and score-based materiality assessment methodology – as well as facilitated multi-stakeholder engagement (included investors, peers and civil society)
• Enhancement of sustainability management systems, including responsible supply chain management
• Full development of sustainability reporting content, including messaging, narrative, data analysis, case studies / infographics, layout and design liaison
• Development of CDP submissions and FTSE4Good  responses, with resulting improvements in ratings
